I was given lots to think about while having way too much fun. For now, I'll be sharing a little of last weeks fun.
I'm also introducing my new invention....the bra cam.
BRA CAM!!! I love it! That actually should make for a great video.. did you have it around your neck or actually IN your bra???? Yeah, I know more info that you are probably willing to share.. but it was not swinging during the spin so I gotta wonder! I use one hand held.. the first few times I got the giggles really badly.. now I just got real quiet and my friends have figured out that I am filming. What I need is someway to put it out on an arm so it is films ME and the horse while we work..
Oh My! It made me sea-sick, especially the spins and the cows. Oh My teh cows have long horns. Oh My! What a beautiful, beautiful place! You seem to have so much fun. Thanks very much for the BRA-Cam. You should patent it ^-^
That was fun! The spin was great, that will probably be the only time I get to "ride" a trained cow horse. I have done cow sorting with mine but it's not the same. You do know that it wont be long before Becky rips this off and does some creative editing to it! heeeheeeheee.
It was interesting to hear that you had fun! It seems like you have serious blogs, so to hear you laugh is kewl!
And I like the "clucking"...do you cluck to her faster so she goes faster, or does she know to speed up with each singular cluck - like shifting to a higher gear...does that make sense?
HA! Loved hearing your voice while you were riding. You have a kinda goofy laugh that is infectious. I was giggling and having fun with you... good thing no one looked in my office as I was probably cantering with you at my desk. :-)
Thanks for the chuckle.. loved the spins. I was thinking the bra cam wouldn't work for me as you would need some cleavage to keep the camera in the right spot...
Mugs that was fantastic! It would be even better if you could center your bra cam, we'd be able to get a sense of your torso/hip placement doing circles and spins. Riding a cow horse vicariously, at my desk. Priceless!!!
I loved that, and love the bra-cam! I really enjoyed "spinning" with you, and the cow work. And I definitely can see why its called Big Sky country, for sure. Wow!
I tried a helmet cam once, but it wasn't attached tightly enough to my helmet and bounced (and clanged against my head) every time we went faster than a walk.
It didn't last too long, it was way too annoying; just long enough to record, as I asked for a canter, my cellphone bouncing out of its case, to be kicked by my horse, the back cover flying off, and the battery flying out in the other direction. Miraculously, the phone was fine. :)
Well, it didn't actually record it happening - just me saying something decidedly not G-rated, stopping my horse and dismounting, then my head swinging back and forth to find and then pick up the pieces to put back together again, muttering epithets all the while.
Madonna looks like she enjoys playing with cows (grin). Mocha spins lower than she does, though. She wants to flatten out...a trait she shares with her mama.
Great!!! I was trying to figure out how you were holding the camera...I'da never thought of that one! I tried holding while working the flag and it didn't work at all. Good one!
Haha, nice! :D I can clearly see this being used more, quite functional!

ReplyDeleteNow I want to see a clip of you riding while wearing the bra cam. That looks like too much fun.
ReplyDeleteNothing like a little duct tape and some cowgirl ingenity.
ReplyDeleteThe big K was so horrified he wouldn't look at me all day....hee hee hee.

ReplyDeletesahara- popsicle stick head can't spin...it makes him nauseous!
ReplyDeleteSo fun!
ReplyDeleteWas one of those guys the Big K?

Jackie
Lets just say I would never be able to use one!!!!!!!!! That is to funny!
ReplyDeleteturbo- my horses are taught to increase speed with a clck. So a walk goes to a trot, a spin will pick up, a lope will speed up, etc.
ReplyDeletebarbara- we realized if you were packing a big rack this whole idea would be a total bust....
